where can you find cheap cars other than a dealer?

Check your local newspaper. Private owners are more anxious to sell and are more likely to lower the price
But, beware – these cars are sold as is, and anything could be wrong with it. You cannot take it back.
You can find pretty cheap cars at a car auction. A couple of my friend’s have gotten cars from there for less than $500. I just went to one today to look at a really cheap car I want to buy.
