Debaufre is Official Timepiece of SPEED World Challenge Series.
The 2009 SCCA Pro Racing SPEED World Challenge Toyo Tires season starts in March at Sebring. SPEED World Challenge is pleased to announce two new partnerships with Debaufre Swiss watches and AutoWeek.
AutoWeek has been a long-time supporter of the SPEED series, the bi-weekly publication will become the SPEED World Challenge number board sponsor for the 2009 season. What has become a staple in many SPEED World Challenge fans mailbox, AutoWeek is the place to go for the latest automotive and motor-sports news. Additionally, AutoWeek will present an award at each event, in each class, for the best pass of the race.
Debaufre watches has been announced as the sponsor of the Fastest Lap Of The Race Award. Debaufre, a U.S.-based family owned Swiss watch company, produces quality Swiss timepieces and offers high-end luxury and style at a price that’s within reach. Debaufre is pronounced Day-boh-fray.
To close the 2009 season, Debaufre watches will award each 2009 Drivers’ Champion with a custom-designed Debaufre watch. As the official fastest lap of the race sponsor, Debaufre watches will award a standard production Swiss watch to the GT and Touring Car driver with the fastest lap of the race at each round. Debaufre has been announced as the Official Timepiece of the 2009 Speed World Challenge Racing Season.

The 57th Annual Mobil-1 12 Hours of Sebring race will be held March 18th to the 20th at Sebring International Raceway and will mark the beginning of the 2009 SCCA Pro Racing SPEED World Challenge season.
